	Jeffrey Pirhalla is the Managing Partner of Real Estate Capital Company, where he manages the company's Underwriting, Closing and Secondary Markets departments, and is co-director of the Loan Acquisitions Group. Jeffrey previously held senior positions at Impac Commercial Capital Corp, SunTrust Banks Commercial Real Estate Group and JP Morgan's CMBS division.
